Trisha did an incredible job selling my late father’s home for my brother and me. Her dedication, professionalism, and knowledge far exceeded our expectations. Even in the winter market, she sold the home in about a week for over list price. We closed yesterday, and I couldn’t be more grateful—she truly went above and beyond so much I was thanking her numerous times a day. It became a joke between us.
